which tile (tiles) are zapping my moves and taking away -2 to -6 moves?

it seems on the lower right side of the board there is a tile or tiles that zaps my moves left and reduces my moves by 2 - 6 moves.  Which tile is it and why?

Hi, Is there a particular level its doing it on? 

Have a look at the help faqs here and see if it helps, if not let me know and I will ask another Superstar. 

I did play this but haven't enough hours in the day now lol.
