Lost progress on FHS

HI, I've lost my progress on the game on my phone after trying to sync it to Facebook ( Now when I open app, it goes back to beginning. Can you help me, please? Is there a way I can restore it from backup on my phone?

I lost my progress in FHS. I’m more than 2500 level and one day I went back to zero. When I sign in they use my old Facebook account. Every time I sign it goes to my old account .

Not only farm heroes also my pet rescue . I changed my user name in Facebook. When I sign in after I lost my account it’s signing in to my old Facebook account. It’s been 3 weeks I’m hoping I can open it back but I can’t open it. So Im here to ask what’s going on?

I tried to do the instructions and it always goes to my old username at Facebook. I can’t connect to my new user account

I only change my Facebook name from Evelyn Plaida to Belle Plaids. Now every time I connect it it goes to Evelyn Plaida which I’m not using long time ago. Thanks for trying as well.
