    Hello @maanobandela,  Are you playing on PC or on a Mobile Device?  If mobile device, which one?

    Hello @Khoddiey_Clark, we are NOT kept at the beginning of the levels all the times.... it happens to only some players!!  Even if it happens, there are help links provided to bring back the players to their actual level :+1::)

    Ah ok. I thought if you dshad ht save your progress then you’ll have to start again if you get a new form of technology, like an iPad or new phone. Makes sense tbh

    You will if you haven't saved your progress on the Kingdom or Facebook and just on the mobile you are using @Khoddiey_Clark that is why its important to do that. Then when you have a new device, log in and your progress is back :)

    All I will say is that you can recharge your boosters by messing with the tile feature on your phone or tablet. Yes, it’s cheatijg but this I what I do when I get really stuck.
