    I suggest we break the process down in steps - will make it easier to locate where the issue is.

    First steps I'd like you to do is to go to king.com from a stationary computer. Click on the login link top right corner and enter your details. If all ok here (no error messages) then please ping me back with an update.

    If you get an error message login in means that you might have to reset your password. Just follow the instructions on king.com and you should get an email to complete the activation.
