No Reward after completing quest in farm heroes

My Mom completed the quest and the animation shows that she got the reward. However, when she moves to the next level, her reward was not shown and it's zero.
Does anyone has this issue before?

Hi @helentuan Welcome to the community. For any concern about Farm Heroes , just click on the home tab on the top left then click on Farm Heroes  icon and repost back. This section is exclusively for Candy Crush Friends only. Have a nice day

My Mom is supposed to get coins, shovels, but when she wants to claim it....It says no connection to the Internet. It's really weird that my mom logged in Facebook and it actually has internet connection. Any idea?

I have a Farm Heroes Saga account. I have been earning the Quest rewards but when I click to claim them, they disappear.

Yes, my farm heroes saga has the same problem as you. It's really unprofessional that the designer of farm heroes saga can't solve this issue. It's really time-consuming. What on earth are they doing?
