Bonnie booster progress lost after an update

Why my Bonnie booster progress was lost? it was in Rank 5 but after the update i got back to 0

Hi @karsad147 thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sure that you already know that Bonnie will offer you the boosters after completing each level on the first try. So when you closed the game it was on the last set of rewards? And when you opened the game again it was gone? I don't know if it resets when you close the game so I am going to tag @Chicken_Slayer who is the expert of this game and she might be able to answer this for you.

Thanks @Elsa for the heads up... @karsad147 unfortunately depending on how big and update it was, or what it updates, unfortunately it can rewrite parts of the game completely and things vanish. That is why King always recommend that you don't save too many boosters as they can go as well if that part of the data is wiped. Sadly we cannot bring back the progress but I am sure you will get back there soon :)

I had the same problem after the mobile update. I immediately got downgraded from a level 5 of "Bonnie boosters" and it keeps having me race others but shows I'm several levels behind in the race than I am (along with everyone.) Some graphics are missing as well.

Thank you @Mrgeminius I will tag @MarkHawk our community manager, and if we get lots of players with the same issue it could be that there is a slight issue. 
As to the missing graphics, If you haven't any saved boosters left I would advise some troubleshooting that you can find help with here to see if that fixes it. If not could you let us know the version number of the app, your device/OS and model number. Sometimes when apps update, they get a little muddled with older versions and don't always play nicely.

I think what happened is that King recently added a timer to prevent Bonnie from continuing at level 5 indefinitely. I suspect that when that update was applied it dropped everybody, including me, from 5 to 0 needing to start over for the limited time only.

I don't know, but that does sound like it is a possibility.  It would possibly prevent future issues.
