Hi @Jalal1081 I am so sorry for not seeing this over the weekend! We had a busy couple of days in the slayers household. 
Glad to hear everything is sorted, it sounds like there could have been a connection problem and that's why the account lost a couple of levels. Can you get into the connection ok now? just to clarify

Me too it always says connection error even if i have my connection i cant claim my rewards what can i do to fix it?
