why is blocks not clearing this also happened other day

Don't worry! I have sent you new Boosters and some Gold Bars to cover for the losses.
Boosters are not backed up to Facebook like the progress, Gold Bars and Magic Beans. Therefore they don't sync to other devices and are lost when deleting the game.
...but I assume the reinstall fixed it since you have passed level 1378 now?6 -
Try with closing the app and open it again and they should pop up. They appear as pending in our system, meaning they are sent, but not yet reached your game.
I'll send them again if they don't come through.6 -

Thank you @wapangel is it possible you could also upload the video you made too so that the studio can see it in action.
I know you have tried the troubleshooting already and had to restart the phone to get out of it.

Also, I cannot remember if you do have access to a pc, but it might be worth clearing the level on another device just in the meantime.0

Its that top corner. In all the images/videos you sent me, that top corner has two crops in it!

I couldn't upload it directly here so @Crazy Cat Lad this is one of the videos @wapangel sent me. Another one did show the crops starting to clear, until they stopped but the same corner had two crops in.0 -

Hi @wapangel!
This issue was fixed last month, so it should no longer occur in your game.
Could you make sure you have the latest update of the game installed so you have all bug fixes in place first?
Then clear the cache and restart the app and see if that helps. Sometimes the game needs to refresh so all fixes reaches your device even though it's updated.
-On iPhone simply swipe the app up and restart the device
-On Android go Settings > Apps > Pet Rescue Puzzle > Clear cache and then tap Force Stop. Finally restart the device.
If the level still won't work correctly, please reinstall the whole app.
