why is blocks not clearing this also happened other day

if it was fixed last months its  happening again as its happened more than twice in last few days. my apps are all on auto update and have cleared cache, it needs to be looked at again as im loosing coins whens its doing this and for some reason my coins are vanishing at a rapid rate

Did you with reinstalling the app as well if the restart didn't help?

I also suggested she clear the play store app cache as well and the google play cache as sometimes the games can get stuck in there with androids helpful way of being able to save previous data etc. Sometimes mine have done that and once I cleared it, it all works well. Cos sometimes just clearing general storage cache doesn't seem to get everything out.

grrr done as you suggested n uninstalled and reinstalled and iv lost all my boostssters

Don't worry! I have sent you new Boosters and some Gold Bars to cover for the losses.

Boosters are not backed up to Facebook like the progress, Gold Bars and Magic Beans. Therefore they don't sync to other devices and are lost when deleting the game.

...but I assume the reinstall fixed it since you have passed level 1378 now?

Try with closing the app and open it again and they should pop up. They appear as pending in our system, meaning they are sent, but not yet reached your game.

I'll send them again if they don't come through.
