You can retrieve the levels and gold bars but boosters are stored on the device's memory. This means that we can reach them when we are offline but if we change the device or reinstall the game we will lose them. We do not recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you use them while playing. You can read more about safeguarding your boosters on the link below.
