Can't play because of "Get lives"pop up that freezes the game!

Can't play game even though I have received unlimited lives for 1 hour...Pls help.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to play the game with lives intact!!  When you are trying to open a level, is that the dialogue box that is popping up.... "Get Lives"?  

What device are you using?  May be some troubleshooting steps work to resolve this issue... below are the links

Try the steps provided except the Re-installation which would be the last resort.  Because, deleting & reinstalling your game App will remove all your stored up boosters and King team will not be able to reimburse them unless they are purchased!!

Yes that's the dialogue box that is popping up. I am using the app in my mobile. And the issue I mentioned above is not a game crash as you can see.

Were you able to try the trouble shooting steps I have given in above message?  I forgot to ask you what version of the App you have right now in your phone!  Can you please post back that also!
