Can someone explain this?

So I have been going through old levels to get 3 on all of them, and this is this only level that won't show the full 3 start (1086). I have contacted the relevant people on this site to see what the issue is, and they said it was a graphic glitch. They did inform me it would be fixed in the next update, but I have just checked and nothing has been done. BTW I contacted them about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

This is in fact a graphic issue and if it still hasn't been fixed, it's probably because the studio hasn't had the chance to fix this yet. These glitches are not a priority as it doesn't effect your game play so we have to be patient as the studio might be working on other aspects of the game which you can enjoy more 🙂

The only thing is impacts is my OCD and the fact it doesn't show 3 stars. I have no issues with the game and its in fact one of my favourite ones I play.

I'm not quite sure whether to laugh or sympathise with that. It will get done, as Queen B said though they have to fix issues first like the game not working properly. I didn't realise the shovels were not working properly until 4.5 years after the game began and they fixed it lol.

I've never been able to use the shovels or buy them with my green beans.

@Khoddiey_Clark You can only use the Magic Beans to purchase shovels when you have 0 shovels, so if you have 1 shovel and try to use Magic Beans to buy more, you will have to use Gold bars.

That is why I always buy 3 shovels before I close the game, that way I don't end up with just the free one that you get after 6 hours

Tried using it and it won’t let me. Idk why.

I get that sometimes where I have used the 1 shovel but it is still showing and a refresh usually takes it away but that is on pc. What have you tried using it on? Are you using android or iOS?
