Can someone explain this?

  • It won't even let me use the one shovel I have I think it must be the game because I haven't had any new levels for about a month.

    Have you any saved boosters? If not, have you tried reinstalling the game? Just make sure your progress is saved either on FB or the kingdom so you can get back on track.

    I agree with @Chicken_Slayer, sounds like there is an issue with the game app so reinstalling the game app is the way to go.

    If you have Boosters saved up, take a screenshot of the inventory and once the game app has been installed back, let me know how it goes and if it solved the issue.

  • I've tried all of that. The only thing that's changed is that new levels have shown up. I still can't use the shovel booster.

    Hmmm, we still going to need a video so we can see what is happening when you're trying to buy and use the shovels...

    Do you have another device like a tablet you can use to record while you show us the issue on your Android? 
  • No I only have an android phone. It literally won't let me click on the shovel as if it doesn't register it. I've not been able to use this feature since I downloaded the game (I have had other devices since).

    Can a friend or a family member use their device to make a recording while you show us what is happening when you try to use/buy shovels?

    I can't do much without seeing the issue as I need something to provide the studio so we can get help.
