Farm Heros gets stuck

In farm heroes my screen starts up normal but as it proceeds to the next screen it bypasses the screen and ends up on the buy items,when I press the X nothing happens and I can’t go any further,please help

Love the new Friends/Group aspect. This brought me back because it had become boring. Hate the freezing. This happens to me several times a day, which discourages me from playing.
