Like I mentioned above, this section belongs to Candy Friends, but not Farm Heroes. But, it is OK, I will request the Community Manager(s) to move your thread to Farm Heroes
With regards to your question --> I am guessing you are talking about "Harvest Rush"! I am sorry to hear that you have not received your rewards in the event!! Did you see the notification that you won the event? If so, which place did you acquire?
I have noticed that, sometimes, we receive prize even if we are in 5th place! But, sometimes, only the first 3 places win prizes!! That's why, a screenshot always helps the team to look into the issue!!
