Can someone explain how this occurred, I have been a member for a long time; one day everything is gone. Including, unable to request/receive/send lives. Has anyone else experience these issues. Also, I tried to login but system don't "recognize my username so I created another but the system claim that my username is take....Well I guess because I created it. Interesting is that my username is link to my game, I am beyond frustrated. Do anyone know how to fix this issue and how can I get back my beans and gold bars!!!!

I need to locate your game records and in order to do that, I will need your User ID! Also, which level are you supposed to be on?0 -
my user id is black widow but I had to create a new one ('blackwidow1") and level15720
