Boosters not there.
Ever since you changed the format on Farm Heros, the boosters have disappeared. I have not received even one in the last few weeks. They show an explanation of them at the beginning of the game but they never appear at all. Also, There is a daily gift but it always appears when I have no lives left so what good is it? When I have no lives and leave the game I lose the gift so i never get to use it. Please explain what is happening with this new format. Thank you.

When you say the new format, which platform are you referring to? Facebook, Android, Apple device?
Also, when you say boosters have disappeared, this can happen sometimes as boosters and lives do not get backed up however, do they not get recharged after 24 hours?

no, they never get recharged at any time. it says they recharge but they are never there in the first place, the area where they are supposed to be is always dark and when you click on one of them, it says you can buy them.0

2) It will also be helpful if you can tell us what device you are using, are you logged in through Facebook or Kingdom account?

I am playing on Facebook on a Mac with Safari, version 11.1.2. I also play here at King.com and the same problem still is happening.0
