My friends are not showing in the game (facebook users)

Play on Facebook but no lives or beans coming through?
Having a problem getting lives? Try this!
The trouble with getting lives is it is nothing that King can fix. They recommend syncing your game with the Kingdom and logging in through there instead of Facebook.
The reason why it is happening is ever since Facebook had privacy issues, they are trying to be responsible and keep us safe. Unfortunately, this has a knock-on effect with games. Facebook refuses the access tokens that the games need to be able to send lives etc and as fast as they change them FB changes the rules again.
So the best thing to do is go to settings
Browser version on computer
Go to Settings, then Apps and Websites.
Find Farm heroes saga (or any other game you play such as Candy crush or even non-King games) and click view and edit.
Make sure your friend's list is checked. The game needs access to this to be able to send lives. It's amazing how many people refuse so that Facebook cannot spy on their friends without realizing without this, the game cannot see the friends list. You can also see your user ID there, which is often needed if you have game issues.
If this is checked, and this is the scary bit where you panic, uncheck it and hit save. Then I need you to go back to the screen where FHS is, tick the box, and select remove.
DO NOT PANIC. It will bring up a scary box. You can delete the game safely from Facebook and it will still retain the data unless you are going to leave it for months. We are going to reinstall it in a minute so for now it is safe. Once you have clicked ok on the scary box the screen will do its thing then go back.
Search Farm Heroes saga (to play) and load up the game. Your progress and everything will still be there but when you go to send lives you will notice you will get a ton of permission boxes to come up. Hopefully, after all this, the lives will start trickling through again.
Mobile users
Once that menu is open, find fhs.
Check FHS is active apps. If not you can make it active and that could be the reason why lives haven’t come through.
Alternatively you could remove the app to reset permissions too.
Make sure the friends list is switched on. If the game cannot access your friends, if you do not give permission, then they will not show in your game. Its understandable that you might be sceptical about privacy, but in this case, if you refuse to give it, then it will not help you.
Removing an app from this list WILL NOT remove the FHS app from your device. And just to double-check, I did all this first. All it has done is moved from your Facebook account.
Click continue as you just like the first time you played, then it will come to the play screen and you carry on as normal. As with the PC version though, as soon as you start returning requests you will get the permission boxes to come up for eternity. At least you know it worked though

I did copy the ID it says on the settings and privacy area in Facebook... 746340743

I have tried everything you all have suggested, my daughters can play fine on this computer, so this year since the new format has bee a frustrating thing. Would be nice if we all could play the game and send stuff to eachother once again. Thank You!

Hi @Anny_HasBananas, so when your friends list come up, it's completely empty? Could we please have a screenshot showing your friends list please?
Since you have W10 on your PC, could you try downloading the game app instead as that should work better if you're playing through Facebook browser.
You can download the game from HERE.
Once you've installed the game, make sure you connect it to your Facebook account so your progress can sync. Also keep in ind that boosters do not get sync, just your levels and gold bars.
