It says events are added weekly but I haven't seen any new ones in a few weeks.  Wondering what is going on.  The events make it possible to win the awards you need to get through some of the more challenging levels.  If it were not for the events I would have quit the game many moons ago.  I love it because this is how I unwind but now I am stock on one of these roadblocks which are by the way very frustrating and there is no event to play.

Not sure where to post this as it involves all game play not just events. 
I find the game very messy. I have to go through a minimum of four screens before I can even start playing. I get frustrated and don’t always play because of this. Then when I win a level it’s the same thing, especially during events. If you cut out asking to send friends lives that would help. I understand the notification that they have sent me one and it’s nice to send one back but I hate being asked constantly as I’m playing. 
As I’m winning levels and progressing through the events, a small icon update would be nice rather than another screen that I have to click on before proceeding. I liked the way it was before when we had to collect a certain amount of suns and it just had a bar in the corner. If I wanted to know more details I could click on it and see the whole event.
