Lost my game

On 22/09 when I played,  just finish the level and on the next level jumped my sister's account. I can't login to my one. I trq all email..... I was on 2500 level , with 150 from any bonuses and 60000 beans
.... Today I must to start from level one?!?!? I already left feedback year ago, is not posible to found my account? Thank you

    Also I remember (almost  :) ) my username.  It is or MiM or Mimski or Mimcho....I think it is the last one... If that can help you

    Hi, I think I use username Mimcho. I am playing from my pfone. Unfortunately on this device I am login with new account... It is not possible to check by my feedback? If you can see from wich acid was left... Thank you

    Hi,, yes I am, but I don't have any of my bonuses and beans... it it little bit disappointed.... I collect them last few years.  Do I have a chance to receive tham back.  I don't remember exactly but the beans were around 60000, the green, purple and blue bonuses around 150 each. Also there is only one Quest, before there were three. ...

    Awesome to hear that you're back on track with the level :)

    As for the Boosters, Events and Quest, these are items that do not get backed up and since you've created a new account, they don't get transferred. 

    Player Support is only able to restore levels but not any Events or Quests as these are not available for all players and they don't have access to these features.

    What they have done instead, as a goodwill gesture, is to add some items including Magic Beans to your game to help you get back on track much faster.
