My King profile and a different FB profile merged and now have the same User ID

I play farm heroes on my Android phone and it is linked to my King account. I do not have to Facebook app on my phone and this account has never been linked to a facebook account.
I recently logged out of my King account on my phone, and someone logged into the game (on the app on my phone) via their facebook account. They also had a King account that was already tied to their Facebook profile. But now, regardless of whether they log in with THEIR King login credentials, THEIR Facebook login credentials, or whether I log in with MY King credentials, I can only see their progress. It also looks like the same user number has now been assigned.
They were much further ahead, which is very unsatisfying. Also, my Farm Club Companions are showing up on their account (I believe they'd already used theirs) and I don't want mine used up on their levels.
I've tried clearing every cache, logging out of every possible FB session, and have uninstalled and re-installed the game many times, but to no avail. Is there any way I could get my progress back!?!

I'm afraid I have bad news as it sounds like your friend's game has overtaken your game as your friend was on a higher level.
Could I have the User ID that you have now and can you confirm the level you're supposed to be on so I can see what Player Support can do?

The current user ID is 10455939596. I was about to start level 1381 at Bonnie's full power!

One more thing, we're unable to restore your Bonnie progress as this is an extra feature that does not get backed up so we don't have access to make any changes to it. Apologies for the inconvenience caused

Hello,
My email address is XXXXper@gmail.com. You're correct that the other one is currently showing on my profile, but it's not mine. I'm unable to change it, though (I get stuck in a loop, where I'm told I need to verify my email, I log into Gmail, verify the address, and then nothing changes) which I'm sure is all related to the same issue!
