Friends can't send lives

@Chicken_Slayer the trouble is it's only the two of us playing, so we rely on each other for lives.

He doesn't receive any from me, even though I send them, and he only asks for a few at a time

@Eggcracker, do you guys happen to have Windows 10 installed on your PC? 

If yes, you can download the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

Remember to connect the game app to Facebook so it can sync and keep in mind lives and Boosters do not get synced.

We have Win 10, but I'd be too scared of losing my status, things have a habit of going wrong for me   Anyone got a teenage computer whizz I can borrow

Its really easy @Eggcracker! I do have a teen but its me that usually does things technical here lol.
Just download it and then log in with facebook, really easy And it won't affect your game on facebook itself. You can have it on multiple devices

Hi @QueenB, @Ch@Chicken_Slayer, we both downloaded the new game app today, and kept our status, thank goodness? But, things have got worse, neither of us are receiving lives we send each other.

We've checked our FB app status, again, and there is nothing amiss there, we are totally flummoxed

Really stupid thought, you haven't blocked the requests? Although reinstalling the game should have sorted that.
I assume as your progress was saved you have logged in?

Nothing blocked as far as I can tell, wouldn't know how to check that to be honest. We both receive that one life sent to all FHS friends when opening the game for the first time each day. Both logged in to FB!

@Eggcracker, I'm afraid we've exhausted all available troubleshooting steps so I'm thinking, let's wait and see if future updates will be able to solve this 😕🤞🤞🤞
