Won't connect to internet

My king games will not connect to the internet. My internet is working fine but the games say that i have no internet connection. Ive tried updating the games but its still the same. Any suggestions?

If this is still persisting, can you try the steps from the following page as we do not know which device you're playing on so you can try the recommended steps?

I finally got connected from it saying no internet service all day yesterday and today and now I lost my progress and all the items I had gained from winning levels in between that time

Did you reinstall the game app? May I have your User ID to have a closer look? What level are supposed to be on by the way?
