My friends send me 100 beans, but when I click to accept it only is giving me 10.

Could you let me know which device you are playing on please? I haven't noticed anything wrong in my game so it might be device specific or something that troubleshooting can help

The next time you're about to accept Magic Beans @LLAlla, could you take a screenshot showing the amount of Magic Beans you're receiving as 10 and not 100?

We should also get your User ID so we can get this to Player Support and double-check your game records so they can confirm this is an issue.

@QueenB I think there is a bigger issue with beans as some are getting a lot more than they should be. But as it has personal information on I will send it via pm.

Looking at your game records, all looks good and 100 Magic Beans have been received lately. Did you also happen to have a screenshot so we can see that you're receiving 10 and not 100?

I have a feeling this might just be a graphics issue since we see no issues from your records 🤔
