Oh, sorry to hear that. This problem is quite complex and the Studio has been investigating it for some time. There are players who manage to solve it in one way and others in another. But so far, disconnecting the internet and turning it back on after a few minutes had worked for everyone. I can not advise you anything else, since I have seen that you have tried all the steps, sorry, I can only tell you to try again. Maybe you can contact the game support directly, in the "contact" section within the game, not in the community.
