Is there a problem with the game because I haven't been able to play for a week? Every time I open the game it says oops something went wrong so I refresh it and it says the same thing!

Firstly, welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your version of the game. Other people have been having similar problems and have posted about it in the following topic:Please have a look in there and try to follow any advice given there. If you are still having issues, please reply here and somebody will be able to guide you through this.

If you are on PC, what browser are you using? If you are using Facebook Game Room, please open the game in another browser and check. Please let me know how it went and/or other details!

Hi I play the game (or I did!) through facebook using chrome but I've tried 2 other browsers on my laptop and I still can't play

Do you have access to Windows 10 on your laptop? If so, you can try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store and give it a try!

Once downloading the App, remember to connect the game to Facebook so it can sync with your levels and Gold Bars.
Also, you can try playing the game on a mobile device too. That's what I do too! Not only the game works fine, but also, we get some special events to gain extra boosters
