I can't get into level 9 on honey meadow. Have re started phone but it's not done the trick. Can you fix please

    Can you please tell me what is happening when you click on the 9th level?  Is it freezing OR kicking you out of the game?

    I came to this level yesterday itself and have been giving a number of tries!  Just missing the goal by few Cropsies!!  What I meant to say is, I am able to play it without any issue!!

    Level 1
    The level is pulsing but not opening when I press it. I can redo levels 7 and 8. When jnpress to exit it closes as normal.

    Hello again @debster_1 Thank you for replying back :+1: 

     The Community team are located overseas, hence, they went home and will be back only after the weekend!  Can you please tell me what device you are using?  Let's try some trouble shooting steps and see if it resolves the issue!! 

    Also, do you play the game on a single device or do you have multiple mobile gadgets?

    The current game is on a Samsung A50. I also play on an old samsung j5. When I changed phones I couldn't carry on the original game so I  started again !

    Did you try to play the Honey Meadow on the old Samsung?  Is it behaving the same way or you have not tried yet?  You can try and see if it works there!  

    As for the Trouble shooting steps:  Here is the link for Android devices --->  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/234676/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-android-device
    Please try all the steps suggested in that link except for the "Re installation"!  If you go with that step, you will loose all your saved up boosters!!
