Why have I lost all my boosters?

playing on iPhone. Initially I lost all my levels then signed in again and got my levels back however all my gold bars have gone and also all my boosters why is this??

@stan1981, remember that when we reinstall the game app, we lose all saved messages, boosters and have to start over on any special events and Daily Bonus, so we need to make sure this is stated before suggestion it 😉
