Farm Heroes Saga keeps telling me to reload on King.com & Facebook! (FIXED)!

Level 1001 : a message "an error occurred, please reload the page" appears for this level
I can play others levels but now i'm stuck, I play on king.com
Can you help me? (I'm French and my English is not perfect so if you can explain me without using engineers words can help my understanding)

This is a known issue that is currently being looked at by the game team. We do not know when this issue will be solved so we recommend trying the game on Facebook, mobile device if possible or download the game from Microsoft Store if possible as it works better on these platforms.

I'll move your question to the thread we have open here so you can follow up on the issue and know when a fix is in place.

Hi

I am on windows 7 and using internet explorer 11 playing on facebook. I am at level 2097 and I am getting the reload page. I have tried clearing my cache and making sure all is up to date but cannot clear this problem. Any ideas?

When I click on the button, a page goes on : it says "une erreur est survenue, merci de recharger la page" (an error occured, please try again this page) but it doesn't work when I try a second time ! What do I do ?

Why can i play all levels on King, on my PC except for level 2695?

It's look like my problem.
Since I arrived at level 2292 when I try to play this level I get an error message. I have to reload the page. Unable to continue.
It says "an error has occurred, please reload the page".

I'm playing on a PC/Mac computer at king.com. With Firefox, chrome, same error.

@davey Yes that still the same problem on king.com that has been for 2 weeks now that some levels don´t work. And there is still no answer how long time it will take before it´s fixed.

@patco9 I wrote an answer earlier today but that has not been published.

@patco9 and @Pokeflo There is a problem on king.com that some levels don´t work. Had been for 2 weeks now. And there is no answer when it will be fixed.

If you have a mobile you can download the app and play. If you have an account on facebook, try there. Or if you have window 10 you can download the app from the store. Otherwise just waiting.

Level 1168 will not load. Keeps giving an error message to reload.

Can u try different browsers? And check whether r u on the latest version.
