Hello, I have a problem! I play FHS on Facebook on PC and it has disappeared from my profile, and I cannot open it from the game page either. Can you help?

Hi,
I have enjoyed playing Farm Heroes Saga on my PC on a daily basis, for a long time now through Facebook. I have purchased more than a few extra lives from you, but I don't think that I ever actually had a King account.
I updated Windows 10 this morning and found that the link had vanished from Facebook. Although I have attempted to continue with the game, it now wants to treat me as a "newbie", and to start from level 1 again! As I was almost at level 2000 I do not obviously wish to do this, and hope that you will be able to help me.
For obvious reasons I have not quoted either my email address or User Name in this message!

Just to let you know that when I logged onto Facebook this morning, the "short-cut" link to Farm Heroes Saga had re-appeared, and I was able to continue from where I had left off.
