I translated yours on google and from what I got you wonder why you have new levels on the computer but not in your mobile/tablet.

There is differences between how they release new level to the devices so you just have to wait for new levels in the mobile/tablet.

I have updated my FHS app to version 5.35.3, but I am not interested in replaying level 3048 now that I am passed it. I do not know how long it would take me to experience a similar board, so instead I thank you for reminding me to update my app to the newest version. I thought it was in auto-update mode.

It is your device settings that determine whether apps are auto updated or not.

I am now playing version 5.49.3 on my Windows 10 laptop, and this same problem of never-ending drops of falling strawberries in level 3048 has re-appeared. Could you check this again please? Thanks.

I'm so sorry that there is an issue at level 3048 with your pc Windows10.
