treasure chase and harvest rush doesn't work

hi, I have a problem with both those events. first, chest always disappears when one or two levels left me to get it. (it's like this past few weeks, 200 levels or more and I still can't get chest)
about harvest rush, I see this event, when I click on it I see "collect 1 of these...", I play level, collect many of this what I need but after that I still see "collect 1 of these..." and can't open event.
please help :(

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
1) There has been an issue with collecting prizes from Harvest Rush, and it has been reported to the Farm Studio team 👍️
2) With regards to "Treasure Chest" event, we have collect the Key within the timer that is being displayed. The Treasure Chest will be displayed for some 100's of hours. But, you can collect the key ONLY when it appears at your levels. Once it disappears, we do not know when the key will appear again! For me, sometimes, it appeared after few hours on the same day and some times, it did not appear till the next day!!
Do you think that could be the reason for you to miss out on the Treasure Chest? For me, not able to finish the levels within the set timer limit is the reason for not opening my Treasure Chest!!

Chest disappear is because of time is up? Or still plenty of time and it disappear?

in my case, time is not a problem I think because for example today a new chest appeared 3 or 4 times to me, I played without a break, went through levels and it still disappeared. and it all lasted 10 or 15 minutes maximum (I don't even know where to find how much time I have to get chest but 10 or 15 min I think is enough?
problems with both events started when I switched to another account (I think, i'm not sure). I used to play both events before and get rewards. my sister logged in to the game on my phone, later I returned to my account and both of these events did not work for me. I don't know if it was/is a reason. I re-installed the game a few times, logged out/in several times too but these two events still do not work for me

I do not have the Treasure Chest at present in my game! If it appears back, I will show you a screenshot and tell you where we can see the timer on both the chest as well as the key.
Like I said above, Harvest Rush is not working for many (or all) players! So, don't worry about it, because, it is not only you 🙂
When you said "switched to another account" -- is it from one account to another OR from Facebook account to Kingdom account?
For the Treasure Chest, do you still see the chest in the side of the screen or does that disappear too?

my screens. I saw new chest and clicked on it like you can see on second screen. played only 1 level - 1179, after that chest dissappeared

Oh! It means, you are not even given a chance to even reach the Chest @maggiedanvers!!!
What happens is, once we reach the level where the Treasure Chest is located, then a key will appear and that will have timer displayed above it!
OK!! Can you please give me few details...
1) Device you are using;
2) When did the problem started to appear (I am talking about only the Treasure Chest issue);
3) Your game ID number.... this link will help you ---> Find my ID number

2) hmm I'm not sure because I haven't played the game for a month or more, but for the last week I play every day and the problem is all the time

As there are no timer on this event, we can't really know if it was the time that ran out or if there is an issue 🤔 I haven't seen any other reports about this, but the way it should work is that you find the Treasure Chest and then you need to collect a key which should show up on a random level ahead of your saga and then collect the chest.
Which game app version do you have installed?

hi, I have 5.36.3 version
after my last post, two times Treasure Chest worked, idk if someone did something about it but it worked. but after those 2 times it's again like was before. I see chest on the map, play level and after that chest disappears. why is even like that? I understand when I see key and time, I have to do it in time and that's it. but I don't even have a chance to reach the chest like PummyRaj said before
