Sorry to hear you're having issues. Could you please let me know which pop up is blocking your game? Any chance of a screenshot?
Also, if you force close the game app and try the game again, does the pop up keep blocking the game app?

Hi my game ID is 1413480654 and it’s an escape the farm message, I press Thanks but nothing happens, it’s been like this since yesterday.

restart ur device n update to latest version n try... u got more than 2GB of memory left.?

Can you make sure you have the latest game app version installed?
If yes, than the next thing to try is to reinstall the game app. It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.
However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages.
