1080269853 Is my ID. I'm on level 629 All my bonuses have disappeared. This is the 2nd time. I never reported it the first time because I really don't expect you to do anything about it other than apologize and offer excuses. I NEVER have received the +5 bonus EVER. That has happened at least 3 or 4 times. Again, Past responses have left me believing that I'm wasting my time with this and will probably just quit playing the game again for a while.You most likely won't find any past messages either as I had to RE-CREATE my email and start over. (what a surprise) Hoping you will surprise me with something positive for a change. Thanks,
Hello and welcome to this community Please go to this link. If that doesn't help, go to the gear question mark help center in your game. Look after Booster lost. If you don't find anything, send an email to support from your device - subtopic booster lost. Include your ID number. And send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer and send. This can happen sometimes, as the items are not backed up to your Facebook or King account, but on the device it has been accepted on, we are unable to restore these items and that is where Player Support comes in.
They are the ones that can replace lost items as Community don't have access to this. Perhaps you could reply to the last email you got from Support, so the case can be reopened?
I will also pass no your details to Support but it would help if you could contact them again.
