Hello @Marianne321, hope all is well and yes, it's been a while since we had any update on this 🙈

So here's the thing, King.com is not a priority at the moment seeing that most of King players are based on mobile platforms. The team has decided that after level 3025, there will no longer be more releases so at one point, we have to change platform to continue playing.

As you can see on the thread here, in the last couple of months, we haven't had many new reports so I'm afraid that in your case, there is nothing we can do as for others, changing browser or trying normal troubleshooting steps has been successful and we are out of more suggestions for you to try.

I understand you are only interested in playing on King.com but playing through W10 or mobile device is your best option right now.

I'm really sorry we can't so more for you right now and hopefully the studio will be able to allocate more time in the future if we keep getting more reports.
