Pink Screen!

Could someone explain to me why sometimes the screen stays like this, sometimes it turns purple or covers the help area. @QueenB @QueenMia

Hello @Humberto2810 and welcome to our Farmtastic Community. I am sorry you are having this issue. Sometimes you can get a random glitch. What device do you play on - mobile or PC?

First of all make sure you have the latest version of the game.

Next clear your cache (how to do it varies on the device you are using)

Last - exit the app, and turn off your device for at least 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on and reopen your game and see if that clears up the problem. 😊
