But, I am very sorry for not getting back to you till now! So, just as I suspected, "Update" was the issue of losing your boosters!

Unfortunately, the King team will not reimburse when we lose our "freely earned" boosters in our game. But, if there are any purchased boosters, you will be able to contact the King Customer Support team and request them to refund your boosters.
