When I go to login from my phone I get this message. I would like to play the games but if they aren't letting me login, or sync up my phone to my laptop again frustrated. I have an account otherwise it wouldn't let me post anything. You guys tell me what I'm doing wrong.

    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

    This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.

    If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

    To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.

    If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.

    Hello @banditop and a very warm welcome to our Farmer friendly King Community! Did you by any chance recently change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out of the game? If so this can sometimes corrupt your game app. Hopefully Player Support will be able to help you with your problem as mentioned above.

    In the meantime, now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!
