Two tabs remain on screen when beginning new game obstructing view of part of the board

Causing me to have to restart the level and lose a life in the process.

Hello and welcome to our beautiful community

You mean Farm Heros and you landed on Super Farm Heros. A completely different game. Why did you have to restart? Was the game hanging and stuck? If you restart it, you will lose a life. That's right. You get a new life every 15 minutes. Please keep your game up to date. Check for updates and clear the cache and restart. Then you are on the safe side!!

Do you mean you cannot move to next new level when you passed level?

No such luck with updating it. I always try to keep all of my apps as up to date as possible.

Are you able to see the screenshot I posted?

When I click to play a new level and it takes me to the board, two of the tabs from the Home Screen stay on the the screen obstructing view of part of the board. Since I can’t collect those crops it makes me fail the round causing me to lose that life.

@hbic29 Yes, we can see the screenshots and I will pass this on to the game team so can you please let me know which game app version you have installed and the make and model of your device?

Alos, can you try opening a level you have passed before and see if you have the same issue?

It’s completely random. New level old level, doesn’t matter.
