I received reward notice it takes over my screen and even after accept it will not allow me to access game

    Have you used stable Internet Connection and restart your device that I hope nothing this happens? 😊

    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

    Please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again.

    If playing through web browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.

    @notgonnahappen Hi and welcome. Sorry to here you have had an issue with your game.

    Please force close your app. check your device and game are up to date and also if playing via an internet browser clear your cache, then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

    For any missing rewards

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

    Hello @notgonnahappen and good day to you.

    Understood that your game freezes after you accepted the rewards. If you are playing with mobile, please go here and if you're playing with PC, go here.

    I hope your issue has been resolved. After you are able to access the game, please make sure your device storage/memory is sufficient to run any apps or update apps because low storage or memory space on the device will disruption the operating system and cause the apps to lag or not functioning well. You may delete unwanted files or large files from your device to free up the space.
