@gian79 Do you have an account so you where logged in when to played. If you use android phone/tablet you go to play store and download the app again and then log in. Then you could continue to play where you was. If it is a iphone you go to apples store.

And if you play on your computer and it was downloaded from microsoft store you go there and download it again. If you play on facebook you should be able to download there and continue.

But if you played whitout having an account/being logged in. You can still download the app again but you will start from the beginning.

@gian79 Hi and welcome, If you had a previous account you saved your game to, all you will need to do is sign in with the king or facebook account details of your saved game and this should sync your levels. if you find that its starting you from level 1 try playing a level to see if it forces the game to sync or see post below for help getting your levels restored
