Please email Player Support directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hello dear Alekhya 🤗 A Warm Welcome Back to the King Community 🌺
The amount of Gold Bars that are reduced is 9 Bars, which is exactly the cost of "5 extra moves"! I am suspecting that there could be an "accidental" click on "Purchase Moves", once the level was unfinished!
This has happened to me also "n" number of times and lost too many Gold Bars in many games 🙄
Unfortunately, the Support Team will not be able to reimburse those Gold Bars. Because, technically, it is considered as we have purchased the extra 5 moves.
But, you can definitely write to the "Customer Support" team to try and see if they will give back your GB. Definitely worth a shot, but please do not keep your hopes up 🤔 Since you are using a mobile device, please send in the complaint from your game itself.
