Beans all gone !!!

I require technical help, to restore my beans and boosters. When I logged in yesterday they were all gone. I had a lot of beans and some boosters, please open a ticket to restore. Let me know if you require any additional information.

    @rosa51 Hi and welcome . please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache

    The community can not deal with missing item issues

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game,

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center _ Problems with game / missing items -Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

    I am sorry to hear that you have lost the Magic Beans and your saved up Boosters from your game!

    Would you know why you might have lost them? Did you reinstall the game App OR install an Update?

    ** Sometimes, updating our game does remove boosters (but not all times).

    ** And reinstalling the App does loses all saved up boosters as well as the Magic Beans. Because, they are saved on our device local memory.

    If none of these would be the reasons to lose them, please do contact the "Support Team". You can do this directly from your game itself - if you are playing on a mobile device.

    Please let me know if you need further assistance or clarification with anything. You can simply type your reply in the blank comment box given below.

    Are you sure the beans are stored on our devices? I am sure that I once had my progress saved on two different devices and they both had the same bean count.

    Hello dear @Rancid 🤗 A very Happy Monday to you 🌺

    If we are playing on 2 devices, the Beans won’t be lost because we have deleted the game only on one device, but the game is intact on the 2nd device.

    I play on a laptop and a mobile device. I never had to delete my game on PC, but changed the mobile devices few times. Since the game on laptop is intact, no matter how many times I change the phone, Beans still stayed. But, when I was playing only on a laptop, Beans became zero when I had to get a new one (did I explain properly?)

    That is interesting. I only play on my Android mobile devices. Maybe the bean loss is a Windows issue?

    No I didn't reinstall the gene and only play 9n one device..I will reach out to support as suggested thank you
