sorry for the confusion ... trying gameroom is only a test to eliminate other browsers

if it does not work you have real problems

here are some other tests you can try(some require a great effort)

try a friend's PC at another location(different wifi)

drag your PC to another location(different wifi)

try using a phone

try using a tablet

try using a friend's phone or tablet at another location(different wifi)

these are unconventional ... but may be worth a try when you have tried all of the conventional suggestions

I have the apps on my phone and those do work even when I'm on the same wifi

if I understand ... you can play king games on your phone

... back to your PC

how long do you let it try to load?(5 minutes ... 10 minutes ... 20 minutes)

That's correct, I can play them on my phone. The longest I tried was 30 minutes

Unfortunately not, I just downloaded gameroom and the games do work there

we still have suspects ... facebook, king, wifi, PC, modem/router, the universe

let's continue with the PC ... it could be a memory problem

here are a couple of things we can do

1) look at task manager and see the percent of memory used(before and during loading)

2) let it try to load overnight(give it several hours to load)

3) haul your PC to another location

4) try another PC at your house

5) try another PC at a different location

6) ask a friend to bring a laptop to your house and try the games(hoping you have wireless internet)

7) get a teenage gamer to give you a hand

numbers 1) 4) and 5) are easier to attempt
