How do I get my money back?

I have been playing farm heroes. Yesterday I spend over $40.00 on boosters. Today it won't let me play and tells me I need to up grade. But there I no way to upgarde.

I have gone to the Microsoft app store and they say I own the game..They do not show a way to update.

I go to King, which is where I originally downloaded the game and it takes me back to the beginning of the game.

If you make it too damn hard to play, I won't.

I want my money back for the boosters. Do I need to call my bank and charge back on my credit card for fraud?

Are you playing on Windows 10 through Microsoft Store App OR on Facebook?
