I use an IPad, when playing the game sometimes it does show connect. I often have trouble logging back in.

Yeah! Sometimes, it happens when we try to log-into the game on our mobile devices.

There could be many reasons for that “error” / “no connection” or such messages. But, 2 main reasons are - (1) poor internet connection on our side and (2) King servers down.

Most of the times, it is our internet connection. When you see the message in Red letters — close the App —> Disconnect the WiFi connection —> Switch off the iPad for few minutes and turn it back on —> connect the WiFi —> reopen the game. You should be able to log in without any issues now. If that doesn’t work for the first time, it is better to try few more times, along with clearing “cache”.
