When can I join a team I’m on level 55 and it doesn’t even show teams I have 3 buttons at the bottom event, map, shop also the button in the right hand corner only says messages and nothing it there pleas help

Honey, I have already given you the 👉 GUIDE with everything you need to know about the Community several times.
It will be very easy to orient yourself with it.
To find out which area of the Community you are in at any given time, you just have to look at the top bar on each page. To participate outside the Rincón Hispano, you must do it in English, you can use a translator.
