update flash video did not work

Hello

I followed the video to update flash and I can not get it to work. when I clicked on the puzzle piece , there was no option to click on manage. I went into my chrome settings and it will not allow me to enable flash. There is a note that flash contains malware and I can't toggle it to on. I have Norton security but have not found anywhere I can enable it? Has anyone else encountered this problem ?

Hi @Kelly_Vouri that video needs updating.

The game no longer uses flash to work as flash has ended. No browsers support it now and so the game had to change.

you need to make sure your browser supports html, let me find you that link 🙂

I am using windows 10 and Chrome. when I go to chrome to try to enable flash there is a note that this extension contains malware and the button to enable it is greyed out

Can you post a screenshot so we can have a closer look at this?

Also, try opening the game on an incognito window and see if that helps.

@QueenB its likely because flash doesn't exist now isn't it? Its maybe seeing it as malware.

I didn't see the reply until now @Kelly_Vouri but you mentioned using windows 10. If what Queen B suggested doesn't workm did you know there is an app in the microsoft store? imo it works better, is faster and we get events 😁
