    @Lady_Choo - Happy Strawberry Day! I love fresh strawberries and Strawberry & Yogurt Parfait was one of my favorite way to combine fresh strawberries with yogurt and sprinkles with some crunch granola.

    Since I went dairy free, I usually add some freshly sliced strawberries to my Quaker Simply Granola Oats, Honey, Raisins and Almonds cereal.

    Strawberry smoothie is also one of my favorite and I replaced milk with soymilk or almond milk.

    If it's one thing I love it's my strawberry banana shake.

    I use 8-10 strawberries

    2 or 3 banana

    Almond milk

    Chia seeds

    Cinnamon


    Blend it all

    Hi @Lady_Choo, thanks for the beautiful thread.

    I like strawberries in all varieties. Freshly cleaned and washed with cream or as a side dish to ice cream. On balmy summer evenings, I like to drink a glass of strawberry punch with my husband.

    Preparation:

    20 min

    Rest period:

    12 hours

    Total:

    12 h 20 min

    1.Wash, clean and quarter strawberries. Put the punch 12 hours before serving, i.e. place the strawberries in a large glass bowl with the white wine.

    2.Shortly before serving, add the ice-cold sparkling wine and water. Ready!

    @DieOmimi - I have never tried strawberry punch before - it was always served with shortcake or added to the smoothie. I will give it a try when strawberries are in season.

    STRAWBERRY BUTTER.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 2 tsp almond milk
    • 2 cups strawberries, finely chopped
    • 4 Tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Finely chop the strawberries, then heat them on medium heat in a medium saucepan with the lemon juice and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil (the strawberries have lots of water in them that will form a syrup), then lower the heat.
    2. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the strawberries are gooey and delicious. Using a Mix ‘n Chop, crush the strawberries until they are all finely chopped.
    3. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
    4. Using a handheld mixer. blend together the butter and almond milk. If the butter is chunky, heat at 2-3 second intervals in the microwave until creamy. You DON’T want it to be melted!
    5. Add the cooled strawberries and fold them in. Great for on top of bagels
