🚫 Known Issue - Level 267 crashing my game!

Hi,

I have been trying to play level 267 all day but every time I do it crashes my game. When the spider jumps from the first nest to the second a tutorial pop up appears, when I click to get rid of this the game crashes every time. I have tried every fix in the FAQ - I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it? Thank you!

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with level # 267!

Looks like there is a glitch with this level. Few Farmers also have complained about this issue. The Farm Studio is investigating this issue and should be able to send a fix soon.

I have tried on multiple devices and I did not encounter the issue you are experiencing with level 🤔

I know you said that you have tried all the Troubleshooting tips! But, please try this one more time…

Log off your game — Close the App — Clear the cache and history — Disconnect the WiFi connection and then, turn off the device — Turn on your iPhone after 5 to 10 minutes and connect to the WiFi and open your game again.

See if the problem is solved! If not, please come back and let me know, so that I can escalate it to our Farm In-charge 👍

I have the same problem, tried on iPhone and iPad. Have also followed the fixes.

Yes still have the issue. Once the spider moves to the second web I get this message and as soon as you click on it it crashes.
